New Year Brings New Program to PHBA!
The Palomino Horse Breeders of America are excited to inform that we are introducing a NEW and Exciting Program this year. THE PHBA COMPETITION PERMIT PROGRAM is designed to include all Palominos as well as Non- Palomino colored horses in shows held at the state APA shows.

The Competition Permit Program is designed for all offspring of Palominos. Palomino and Non- Palomino colored. The program is very simple. An exhibitor must first be a member of PHBA and then purchase a competition permit from the PHBA office to compete in special Permit classes held at the state APA shows.
- The permit must be purchased from the office prior to competition, they will not be available for purchase at the show.
- Permit classes will have an entry fee of $15.00 with 80% jackpotted and paid back 40%, 30%, 20% and 10% to the top four placings.
- Results will be reported to the PHBA office along with the PHBA show points and will be tabulated on the PHBA point system.
