How to Become A Member

 

If you are a Virginia resident,

Complete the PHBA membership form from the PHBA web page and mail or fax it to PBHA.  You will become a VPA member automatically.

 

If you live outside of Virginia and the your state does not have a PHBA affiliate,   

Complete the PHBA membership form from the PHBA web page designating “Virginia” as your state affiliate and mail or fax it to PBHA.

and learn about PHBA.

 

If you live outside of Virginia and your state does have a PHBA affiliate,

you will automatically be a member of that state's affiliate as a PHBA member.

 

You can become a VPA member.  

Complete a VPA membership form and pay  the $5  membership fee.  The membership will begin on the date received by the Virginia Palomino Association.

 

 

Memberships
