VPA is a group formed by palomino horse enthusiasts, for palomino horse enthusiasts. It's our desire that every member have a voice be encouraged to become involved. We offer show opportunities. If you're not interested in showing, we also offer educational clinics, organized trail rides & the fellowship of other horsemen.
How does VPA promote palomino horses?
VPA offers a Youth association, tabulates the PHBA points you accrue and rewards excellence at an annual banquet in the winter of each year. VPA will also offer a Futurity Show representing the offspring of nominated Palomino stallions.

Who are VPA members?
Residents of Virginia are automatically enrolled into VPA upon becoming members of
the national organization, PHBA. (Your PHBA dues include your state affiliate dues.)
PHBA members living in neighboring states that don't have affiliates may declare
VPA as their affiliate, too. Out-
Are VPA palomino shows PHBA approved?
Yes! VPA sponsored palomino shows are recognized by PHBA and points earned are nationally recorded. Accumulated points are required for various PHBA titles, such as Register of Merits, Superiors and Championships, as well as PHBA World Show qualification. VPA also offers circuit high point awards.
